FH Collective Academy is seeking a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist for its hybrid Barcelona office. You will onboard German-market advertisers, craft strategic PPC campaigns, and guide clients to maximize ROI and ad spend efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales or digital marketing, strong German and English fluency, and hands-on CRM tool experience. Relocation support is provided along with health benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualificações

• Proficient in German (C2) and English (C1) for client communications.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or PPC/digital marketing.
• Familiarity with GDPR and German market business etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new B2B clients and design high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive revenue via consultative outbound sales, upselling, and optimization.
• Manage a high-volume account portfolio using Salesforce/CRM tools.
