Job summary

Google Ads Partner is seeking a Dutch-speaking Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona. You will bridge new high-potential Dutch clients with Google Ads tools, guiding onboarding, designing tailored PPC campaigns, and nurturing long-term relationships that drive growth and advocacy.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling outbound calls, campaign optimization, and cross-team collaboration to achieve sales and client success goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field. MA/ MSc is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English; strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years in sales/marketing or client-facing roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
• Experience in digital marketing is highly preferred.
• Comfort with using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Onboard a portfolio of new Dutch-market clients with growth potential.
• Design and launch strategic Google Ads campaigns aligned to client goals.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote services and offer tailored solutions.
• Drive campaign performance and identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyze customer data to inform strategies and outreach.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for ongoing communication.
• Provide product education and ensure client understanding of value.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for seamless execution.
