Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Legal Back-Office Advisor to ensure accurate handling of legal claims and to support client operations. This on-site role focuses on compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality service.

You will verify passenger rights with transport operators, manage cases with lawyers and enforcement bodies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A competitive salary, training, and career development are offered.

Qualificações

• Dutch (C1) and English (B2) proficiency required.
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Legally eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
• Understand the customer’s unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
• Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.
