Qualificações

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers according to their rights.
• Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with the treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
• Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies.

Conhecimentos

High level of German (C1)
