Besthire in Lisbon is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying policies. The role is on-site in mainland Portugal with start date 03/Sep/26.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex cases to the right team. Training is provided and there is a clear path for career progression within a multilingual team.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch language required; strong written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable communicating in English on a day-to-day basis.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Keep accurate records of each interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
