CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance project in Lisbon, Portugal. This full-time on-site role offers a base salary of 1374€ per month with relocation paid by the company.

You will handle inquiries, claims, and policy changes, support clients in policy administration, and communicate via calls, chats, and emails. The package includes accommodation, flights, private health cover, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Dutch-speaking required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
