CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Insurance Customer Service Representative for an insurance project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims while delivering a professional customer experience in a multicultural team.

Relocation support is provided and there is an extra bonus or commission on top of the base salary. Portuguese work eligibility is required, with strong Dutch and English language skills driving success.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (C2).
• Proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, diplomatic and solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets
