Pkrecruiting is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a Lisbon-based client in the insurance sector. You will handle inquiries, process policy changes, and support clients across calls and chats.

In a fast-paced, multilingual team, you will maintain high service standards, communicate clearly in English, and ensure accurate documentation in the policy administration system. Portuguese work eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and solution-oriented approach
• Eligible to work in Portugal

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers
• Process service requests in the policy administration system
• Compose and send emails and letters, including policy documents
• Index and archive documents using internal tools
• Manage policy changes, payments, and cancellations
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy inquiries
