Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Dutch-speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts to join our onsite team in Athens, Greece. The role involves delivering high-level technical support for cybersecurity software to Dutch-speaking clients, resolving complex inquiries, and maintaining detailed security documentation.
The ideal candidate will have native Dutch fluency, strong customer service experience in tech/BPO, and be willing to relocate.
Qualificações
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in tech/BPO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece to join onsite team.
Responsabilidades
- Provide high-level technical support for cybersecurity software and digital protection solutions.
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients in resolving security-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor and analyze potential threats to ensure customer protection and system integrity.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security protocols and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with international technical teams to troubleshoot cybersecurity concerns.
- Stay updated on latest cyber-threats to provide proactive guidance to users.
- Ensure all security communications adhere to privacy and compliance standards.
