Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on delivering exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Relocation is provided with a premium package, including flight, transfer, and hotel. A monthly performance bonus and a €1,500 signing bonus are offered, along with fully paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for internal communications.
• Prior experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced professional environment in Sofia.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients, maintaining high service standards.
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and chat with precision and cultural nuance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate and resolve technical or billing-related issues.
• Represent the brand voice consistently while upholding organizational values.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols and customer experience initiatives.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to response times and customer satisfaction scores.
