Besthire in Lisbon is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its Social Media & Trust team. You’ll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies. Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 07/Sep/26. Day to day, you’ll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Qualificações

• Must be able to communicate in Dutch and English.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• On-site role in Lisbon with an onboarding program.
