Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a positive interaction with the brand.

You will deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, assist with inquiries, orders, and technical issues, and work within standard procedures using internal tools.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1 minimum).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, orders, and technical issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
• Follow standard procedures and use internal tools to manage requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
