Job summary

RDN CONS in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join an international team working with online services and digital solutions.

You will assist small and medium-sized business customers via phone, email and chat, help with account setup, product usage and general enquiries, and guide clients in using online tools effectively. A willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Your Role

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
