100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. You will support SME customers via phone, email and chat, assist with account setup and product usage, and help resolve basic technical questions.

The role offers initial training and ongoing support in a multicultural environment. On-site in Lisbon, with rotative shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
