Besthire in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for Flemish speakers on a tech account. You will assist users with account and product support and work on-site in Lisbon.

You'll join a structured onboarding program with ongoing coaching and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team. English is used daily alongside Flemish. This role starts 20 Aug 2026 and offers a clear path for development.

Qualificações

• Fluent Flemish language required.
• Good command of English for daily work.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

We're recruiting Flemish speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Flemish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
