Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking native-level Dutch speakers for its remote customer support team. No prior customer service experience is required; full training, relocation assistance, and clear growth paths are provided.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email and resolve post-sale issues with a mix of tools and problem-solving skills. Work from anywhere with training from day one, plus a chance to progress to mentor, trainer, or QA roles.

• English at B2 level used for training
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• C1 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary, based on target achievement
