Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Portugal is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative for international projects based in Greece. The role is 100% remote within Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and relocation support for eligible candidates moving to Greece.

You will support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat or email; assist with general, account, product or technical inquiries; and strive to resolve issues to provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C1) level required.
• English (B2+) level required.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Assist with general, account, product, or technical inquiries.
