Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is hiring for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support role in Greece. No prior customer service experience needed; training and ongoing support will be provided.

You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, help with account or product queries, and log interactions in our systems. The position is full-time, fully remote within Greece, with a fully paid relocation package and initial training.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Clear and friendly communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support via phone, email and chat.
