Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking fluent Dutch speakers to join our international Customer Support team in Greece. This full-time role involves assisting Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, addressing account and product inquiries, and guiding users through available options.

No prior customer service experience is required; training is provided. You will relocate to Greece and work remotely from anywhere in the country, with ongoing support in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Clear and friendly communication with customers.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• No previous customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service-related inquiries.
• Find practical solutions to everyday customer issues.
• Guide customers clearly through the available options and processes.
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work alongside colleagues in an international environment.
