Nomadify in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to handle international client requests across channels. You will join a fully supported onboarding program and integration into a dynamic, multicultural team.

Candidates should be native-level Dutch with B1+ English, willing to relocate, and able to adapt quickly to new software and workflows in a fast-paced environment. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualificações

• Native or bilingual Dutch (C1-C2) proficiency, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1+) for tools/training.
• Willingness to relocate and pursue a career in Portugal.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and workflows.
• Thrives in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve incoming user requests across omnichannel platforms (phone, email, live chat).
• Maintain high communication standards aligning with corporate values.
• Assess client issues to provide accurate, actionable resolutions.
• Record and update case histories in the database management system.
• Meet internal benchmarks, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
