Nomadify is seeking a Help Desk Analyst with Dutch language skills to support our international client base from Portugal. You will handle omnichannel requests with professionalism and escalate when needed.

Qualificações

• Native Dutch language proficiency (C1-C2) is required.
• English proficiency at B1+ for digital tools and training.
• Willingness to relocate and pursue a professional career in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve omnichannel user requests (phone, email, live chat).
• Maintain accurate case histories in the CRM/database.
• Communicate professionally to uphold corporate standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Meet internal KPIs and operational benchmarks.
• Liaise with international teams when needed to resolve matters.
