Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Portugal to serve as the primary touchpoint for our international clients. You will handle service requests with enterprise-level professionalism and complete a comprehensive onboarding program.

This role requires Dutch language proficiency (C1-C2) and English (B1+), with a firm intention to relocate to Portugal. You will join a fast-paced, multicultural team with structured mentorship and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Native or bilingual command of Dutch (C1-C2), written and spoken.
• English at least B1 for digital tools and training.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal.
• Ability to quickly adopt new software and workflows.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve incoming user requests across omnichannel platforms.
• Maintain exceptional, respectful, and competent communication aligned with company values.
• Provide accurate, streamlined, and actionable resolutions to client issues.
• Record and maintain case histories in the corporate database management system.
• Meet internal performance benchmarks and team KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional international teams for escalated matters.
