BOSCH PORTUGAL in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist fluent in Dutch (C1) and English. You will handle customer requests by phone and inquiries about the app, providing clear, step-by-step solutions and guidance on product updates.

The role involves coordinating with technical teams and supporting dealerships to resolve app-related issues. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a service mindset, and interest in the travel industry.

Qualificações

• Dutch (C1 level) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English.
• Good communicative competencies, commitment and solutions oriented.
• Experienced in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving requests by phone and have interest in the travel industry (interest in modern widgets, e.g. App customer support, is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requests and answer accordingly.
• Provide solutions and step by step guides to help customers with app usage.
• Advise regarding software and app updates.
• Inform customer the best way to get help regarding issues out of our range when necessary.
• Inform second level support when there are recurrent issues they are not aware of.
• Be the point of contact between the customer and the technical team.
• Assist dealerships and customer support when the issue is the App.
