Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer requests in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage warranty claims, repair requests, and spare parts orders.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances.
• Guide customers through after-sales processes.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.

Conhecimentos

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)

Good English communication skills (B1+)

Experience in customer service or technical support
