Kats Recruitment in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Insurance & Claims Support Specialist to join our financial services team. You will support Dutch-speaking policyholders and corporate clients from our Lisbon office, handling policy inquiries, claims intake, and administrative tasks.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and strong English (B2) working proficiency.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, customer support, or admin is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle queries via phone, email, and chat from Dutch-speaking clients regarding policies, coverage, and billing.
• Assist with FNOL filings, gather documents, and guide clients through the claims lifecycle.
• Coordinate with claims adjusters, underwriters, and third-party providers for swift resolutions.
• Ensure interactions and records comply with GDPR and European insurance regulations.
