Cross Border Talents is hiring a Technical Customer Service professional to support customers in Dutch and English from our Lisbon office. You will provide technical assistance, diagnose issues, and ensure high satisfaction with clear, professional communication.

The role is on-site with a rotational schedule, primarily weekdays, and relocation support is provided to assist candidates moving to Lisbon.

WORK MODEL:On-site

SCHEDULE:Rotational schedule, Monday to Fridayfrom 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, andSaturday to Sunday from 08:00 AM to05:00 PM, with 2 rotational days off.
