Compensation & Package

• Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross/month
• Language Bonus: €150.00/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100.00/month
• Work Schedule: Predictable 08:00-17:00 fixed schedule for a consistent work-life balance.
