CB Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support & Collections Specialist in Portugal for a 100% remote role. You will assist international customers with account funding, transactions, and protection policies, while negotiating payment plans and guiding vulnerable customers.

The position requires Dutch (native/fluent) and strong English, 1–2 years in customer service or fintech, and comfort with MS Office and multi-queue systems. Portuguese relocation support is provided.

Formación

• Native or fluent in Dutch with strong business English (B2+)
• Residing in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal with company support
• 1–2 years in customer service, fintech, or call center environments
• Strong negotiation, active listening, and independent problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy with PC-based internet applications and multi-queue systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care and inquiries across voice and written channels
• Handle payment-related inquiries, negotiate payment plans, and secure promises to pay
• Guide vulnerable customers and route accounts to specialized teams when needed
• Maintain detailed account notes and schedule callbacks as needed
