Besthire is recruiting for an Automotive client in Lisbon for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries. Work model: On-Site. Start date: 28/Sep/26.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

Qualificações

• Communicate confidently in Dutch and English on day-to-day tasks.
• Support customers of a well-known automotive brand with service queries.

Responsabilidades

• Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels.
