Speakit is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join a multicultural team. You will assist clients via calls and emails, provide product and service guidance, and help drive client performance.

This role values proactive problem solving, strong communication, and teamwork. A native Dutch level and English fluency are required, plus eligibility to work in Portugal. You will collaborate with colleagues from over 75 nationalities and have opportunities for career development.

Qualificações

• Dutch native level and fluent English (B2) proficiency.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients via calls and emails to provide product and service guidance.
• Review client requests and process them accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
