Europe Language Jobs in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to handle inbound Dutch-language inquiries via phone, chat and email, delivering friendly, accurate assistance to customers.

You will assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical troubleshooting; document cases, manage tickets, and collaborate with technicians to resolve issues while maintaining clear records and high service standards.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English.
• EU Passport or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• PC literate; proficient in Google Docs/Sheets.
• Familiar with wireless troubleshooting.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
