Cross Border Talents is seeking a Back Office Specialist to support daily operations by handling administrative tasks, processing information, and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality. You will coordinate with internal teams and ensure processes comply with established procedures.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the customer support field.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in the CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and process back-office tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and update information in internal systems and databases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with data confidentiality.
• Process customer or business-related requests via internal systems and email.
• Follow established procedures to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Identify inconsistencies and resolve issues per procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and clarify requests.
