Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and process back-office administrative requests and documents.
• Review, verify, and update information in internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records with data quality and confidentiality.
• Process customer or business-related requests via internal systems and email.
• Follow established procedures to complete tasks on time.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments for information and workflow.
• Ensure activities are documented with clear records.
