Job summary

Atlean World is seeking Back Office Customer Support Agents to support Stellantis Connected Services across Europe. You will handle customer cases, process requests, and back-office tasks to ensure excellent service.

The role is based on-site in Lisbon, Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Requirements include fluent Dutch, strong English, prior CS experience, and excellent communication.

• Fluent/native Dutch and strong English required.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities
