PrimeIT is seeking a Documentation Drafting Analyst – Dutch Speaker in Lisbon, hybrid role. You will draft and review legal confirmations, ensure accuracy of trade bookings and term sheets, and coordinate with global teams.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus, with junior level experience up to two years.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets and derivatives (ISDA definitions, swaps, forwards, options).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings, confirmations and term sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations and manage client affirmation requests.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams across international locations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and processes.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations and manage client affirmation requests.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams across international locations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and operational processes.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets and Financial Instruments, particularly derivatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory.
• French would be a strong plus.
• Previous experience in Financial Markets, Trading, Middle Office, Back Office or Financial Operations is a plus.

Salary Package & Benefits: €920 to €1,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefit
