Axians Portugal seeks a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to join an international financial services project. You will draft confirmations based on ISDA definitions and ensure accurate records across products including swaps, forwards, options, and hybrids.

You will review risk bookings and term sheets before client delivery, meet regulatory deadlines, and collaborate with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams worldwide to resolve discrepancies.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in financial operations, documentation, trade support, middle office, or similar functions.
• Good understanding of financial instruments and financial market activities.
• Knowledge of derivatives products, including swaps, forwards, and options, is highly valued.
• Experience working with transaction documentation and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients.
• Meet regulators timelines targets.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other Operational areas in London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and globally through daily interactions.
• Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients.
