Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a Documentation Drafting Analyst to ensure the accuracy of risk and contract confirmations. The role collaborates with traders, sales, IT and Compliance to reconcile bookings, issue term sheets, and notify post-trade events.

You will draft ISDA-based confirmations for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies, and maintain strong working relationships with global teams across London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore.

Qualificações

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure alignment prior to client documentation.
• Maintain effective relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other teams globally.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

The Documentation Drafting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. The team performs a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the confirmation and term sheet. The team is also responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients. The team ensures that all issues are controlled, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, sales people, strategists, IT and Legal, Credit and Compliance.
