Nestlé in Lisbon is seeking a Documentation Drafting Analyst – Dutch Speaker to draft and review ISDA-based confirmations for derivatives. You will ensure accuracy of trade bookings, term sheets, and client affirmations while meeting regulatory deadlines.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English and Dutch, with French as a plus. The position is Lisbon-based with hybrid work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets and Financial Instruments, particularly derivatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings, confirmations and term sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations and manage client affirmation requests.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams across international locations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and operational processes.

Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory. French would be a strong plus. Previous experience in Financial Markets, Trading, Middle Office, Back Office or Financial Operations is a plus.
