PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a qualified professional to draft ISDA-based legal confirmations for swaps, forwards, options and hybrid strategies. You will review risk bookings and term sheets to ensure accuracy before client documentation.

You will collaborate with Front Office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance and IT across global desks, solving discrepancies on confirmations and handling client queries with precision.

Responsabilidades

• Draft ISDA-based legal confirmations for Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review risk bookings and term sheets before sending documentation to clients.
• Maintain relationships with Front Office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other ops teams globally through daily interactions.
• Resolve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and handle client litigation or affirmation requests.

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other Operational areas in London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and globally through daily interactions.
• Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients.
