TSL is recruiting a highly organised Document Controller to support large-scale construction projects across Portugal, including data centres, manufacturing facilities and logistics warehouses. You will ensure all technical, commercial and contractual documents are accurate, secure and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a Document Controller role on large construction projects.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of document control processes, workflows and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full document control across multiple projects, including drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence.
• Enforce document control procedures and ensure information is retrievable.
• Maintain strict version control and oversee submission, review and approval workflows.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual document flows with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, quality governance and auditability of documents.
• Provide training and support to project teams on the document environment.
