SYSTRA in Porto is seeking a Project Controller to support the project director with comprehensive cost, document and planning control for a high-profile infrastructure assignment in Portugal.

You will manage document control, budgeting deviations, quality assurance, translations between Portuguese and English, and coordination with engineers and external partners, reporting KPIs to the PMO.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in document control (construction/engineering preferred).
• Proficiency in document management software (Aconex, SharePoint).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Document Management: establish and maintain an organized document system and control distribution.
• Cost control: monitor expenses and alert on deviations from budget.
• Quality Assurance: ensure documentation meets standards and regulatory requirements.
• Translation: translate between Portuguese and English as needed.
• Planning control: follow up project planning and flag gaps to baseline.
• Coordination and Communication: liaise with managers, engineers, and external parties for timely submissions.
• Technical Support: train staff on document control processes and systems.
• Compliance and Reporting: report KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
