Mastercard invites a Director of Value Quantification, Product Data & Analytics, to own data assets, models, and analytics that quantify the business impact of Mastercard's products and services. You will work with product, pricing, sales, and customer success to ensure rigorous measurement and storytelling.

You will drive analytics governance, ROI frameworks, and AI-enabled innovations, building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that support revenue growth and customer value articulation.

Qualificações

• Experience designing, developing, and scaling data-driven tools and analytics products with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative, proactive style.
• Background in analytics, pricing strategy, or customer success; payments/financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the value quantification strategy across the product lifecycle and value measurement.
• Own and scale ROI frameworks and simulation tools for enterprise products and services.
• Drive productization of the value quantification platform with engineering partners.
• Enable value-based pricing and inform commercial decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Establish governance for data, models, and KPIs across the organization.
