Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management for MEDI, the Payment Performance Intelligence initiative. You will lead a team of Product Managers, driving discovery, strategy, and global product initiatives at scale.

You will work across AI, APIs, pricing, go-to-market, and cross-functional partners to transform market needs into scalable solutions that protect revenue and improve payment performance.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in product management, strategy, or related roles in fintech or technology.
• Experience leading customer discovery, opportunity assessment, business case development, and commercialization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer and market discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize new opportunities.
• Develop opportunity sizing, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Translate needs into product concepts, journeys, MVPs, metrics, and requirements.
• Lead initiatives spanning AI, APIs, agentic experiences, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product Development to shape solutions and deliver capabilities.
• Contribute to pricing, commercialization, go-to-market strategies.
