Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Development to manage token data across digital wallets. You will extract data from multiple sources, interpret insights, and contribute to the product roadmap with a data-driven approach. The role emphasizes fraud analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enhancements.

You will lead data strategies, build reliable dashboards, and ensure high-quality analyses to influence key business decisions and customer outcomes.

Qualificações

Hands-on data manipulation and analysis experience.
Intermediate SQL and database proficiency.
Experience building reports from data extracts with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and interpretation of data.
Experience contributing data-driven product ideas to leadership.
Proficient Excel or equivalent worksheet software.
Experience in fraud analysis and prevention is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Act as the team’s data and analytics expert, delivering high-quality data and reports.
Identify gaps in reporting and analytics and coordinate cross-functional fixes.
Support cross-functional teams with data requests and requirements.
Leverage PM frameworks to manage ongoing product innovations and enhancements.
Deploy test & learn experiments to optimize user and customer experience.
