Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for MEDI, leading growth and the team responsible for defining and commercializing future product innovations in payment performance intelligence.

You will guide discovery, engage with customers, evaluate emerging technologies, and transform market needs into scalable products with global impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, AI, commercialization, and people leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps in fintech/payments.
• Proven ability to lead PM teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience driving customer discovery, opportunity sizing, and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
• Translate needs into product concepts, journeys, MVPs, and success metrics.
• Shape pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies with sales and enablement teams.
• Build scalable PM processes and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers toward measurable impact.
