Mastercard seeks an Associate Managing Consultant in Marketing to lead strategy development and client engagements for Mastercard clients. You will combine marketing expertise, analytics, and consulting methods to drive measurable growth and deliver high-quality recommendations.

You will manage workstreams, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely delivery and impact across campaigns and channels.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience in agencies, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading marketing projects and client engagements.
• Strong background in performance marketing, media planning and measurement.
• Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in client-facing engagements and manage project workstreams end to end.
• Develop data-driven customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Monitor performance, measure results, and identify ROI-improvement opportunities.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated client solutions.
