Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management for Marketing Services to lead the Cardholder Engagement suite and accelerate personalization, marketing automation, and growth initiatives. You will partner with the Dynamic Yield team to prioritize capabilities and deliver measurable acquisition and engagement outcomes across our marketing ecosystem.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across strategy, creatives, data, and technology to ensure scalable, data-driven engagement

Qualificações

• Experience in Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Marketing Technology.
• Strong experience with personalization, experimentation, martech, or decisioning platforms (Dynamic Yield or similar).
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into execution-ready roadmaps.
• Deep comfort operating across strategy, creative, data, and technology domains.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cardholder Engagement suite with continuity, scalability, and measurable value delivery.
• Define and evolve product vision and roadmap aligned to Marketing Services priorities.
• Translate objectives into well-scoped epics and feature requirements.
• Serve as liaison to Dynamic Yield, shaping capability backlog and partnerships.
