You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer insights into scalable learning experiences, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Technology to grow revenue and learner engagement.

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and commercialization plans for Mastercard Academy Professional.
• Identify market opportunities and develop new learning products and certifications.
• Partner with internal leaders to create differentiated learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing and Technology.
• Own the product lifecycle from opportunity to launch and portfolio evolution.
• Use analytics to improve engagement, learner outcomes and performance.
