Qualificações

• Experience in Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Marketing Technology.
• Strong experience with personalization, experimentation, martech, or decisioning platforms (Dynamic Yield preferred).
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into execution-ready product roadmaps.
• Comfort operating across strategy, creative, data, and technology domains.
• Experience partnering with platform product teams and influencing roadmaps without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills to align senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cardholder Engagement suite, ensuring continuity, scalability, and measurable value delivery.
• Define and evolve a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to Marketing Services priorities and platform capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives into well-scoped, prioritized use cases, epics, and feature requirements.
• Serve as liaison to Dynamic Yield product team, shaping prioritized capability backlog.
• Identify and operationalize personalization, UX optimization, and marketing automation features.
