Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product commercialization, go-to-market, sales enablement, marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating impactful product documentation, sales collateral, training content or customer-facing materials.
• Ownership mindset, able to lead initiatives from concept through execution.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex situations.
• Able to leverage data, customer feedback and market insights to inform recommendations.
• Adept at working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Click to Pay, Mastercard Credential Services and related consumer payment experiences as a trusted SME.
• Create and maintain compelling customer and internal-facing content, including sales collateral, product narratives, case studies, demonstrations and training materials.
• Partner with global and regional teams to identify commercialization opportunities and support adoption across issuing and acceptance.
• Coordinate communications, training and knowledge sharing across the Digital Enablement & Commercialisation team.
• Support execution of strategic and operational initiatives to improve customer experience and business performance.
